We follow an easy step-by-step process:
1.) Identification: Tell us the issue you aim to address or the requirement you wish to fulfil within your team. Detail the duration for which you require the contractor, indicating whether the need is hourly, project-based, temporary, part-time, or full-time.
2.) Connection: We'll then curate a few options so you can select the exact right professional who is willing to engage at the duration you've specified.
3.) Terms: We enter into a service-level agreement with you and Kadraa contracts directly with the consultant. We then deploy them into your business. Your contract is with Kadraa, not the consultant. We take on the risks and deal with the payment of the consultant and contracting admin.
4.) Onboarding: You communicate directly with the consultant as if they were a part of your business - instructing them on what you would like them to take care of. They will stick to the hours you've chosen for them and report directly to you on progress.
5.) Continuous Support: If anything unexpected happens, we will be available to support and get things back on track. Prior to payments being made to the consultant, we will touch base with you to ensure they are receiving the right amount.
We take payment in advance and hold it in Escrow. At the end of the period or project, the consultant will send us their bill and we will ask you to approve it before we release the funds to them.
Less than an identically qualified person in the UK. Much less. Each consultant is different, so we can't give blanket prices but we can say that you won't find better value anywhere.
It's simple! The talent is just as good as local but for half the cost. If you want more reasons: the time zone is ideal (Central European), English is the language, the culture is very similar to the UK & US, and education levels are amazing.
Our focus is digital marketing and tech - that's what we're best at. That said, our clients have asked for help on many different projects over the years and we now have a team dedicated to roles outside our regular remit.
