Question
What happens if the person we hire doesn't work out?
You give notice, and we start looking for a replacement immediately. There is no replacement window that expires, no limit on how many times you can do it, and no new fee, because you never paid an upfront recruitment fee in the first place. That is the single biggest difference between this and standard recruitment.
Why standard recruitment leaves you exposed
Under a conventional recruitment agreement you pay a placement fee up front, and you get a replacement period alongside it, typically three months. If the hire fails inside that window you get one replacement. If it fails outside it, you are on your own and you pay a full fee again to start over.
That structure puts the risk on you at exactly the moment you can least afford it. You have already paid, you have already lost time, and the cost of trying again is the same as the cost of the first attempt.
How it works with Kadraa
You hand notice. The consultant either works that notice or does not, entirely as you prefer. As soon as notice is given, and often before it is served, we start the search for a replacement and work to get someone back into your business with as little disruption as possible.
There is no boundary on this. Not a three month window, not twelve months, not a cap on the number of replacements. If a placement stops working at any point in the relationship, the replacement is part of what you are already paying for.
You are not billed for a gap
If there is a delay getting a replacement started, you are not charged for the days when nobody is working in your business. That is deliberate. You pay for a person doing work, not for a slot on a contract.
