Question
Do I keep paying if nobody is currently working for us?
No. If there is no consultant working in your business, you are not billed for those days. That includes any gap while a replacement is being sourced after someone has left.
Why this matters
It is the question that separates a service from a subscription. Plenty of arrangements keep charging a retainer or a platform fee whether or not anyone is actually doing work for you. This one does not.
The fee exists because a person is working in your business. When that is not true, the fee does not apply.
What this means during a replacement
If a placement ends and we are finding you someone new, the billing stops for the days nobody is working. You are not paying twice, and you are not paying for the privilege of waiting.
This is intentional and it is one of the reasons the replacement guarantee has no expiry. We are not trying to protect a revenue line during a gap; we are trying to close the gap.
The next 30 minutes
Bring a role. Leave with its price.
Tell us what the role would pay in the UK and we’ll give you an indicative monthly fee on the call. Typical time from brief to signed contract is 21 days. And if the model doesn’t fit what you need, we’ll say so on the call.
- 30 minutes, with a founder
- An indicative monthly figure for your role, on the call
- No obligation, no follow-up sequence
