Question
How does the hiring process actually work?
It follows a standard recruitment process. We go to the candidate market, find the right people through our network and other channels, and build you a shortlist to interview. You run your own interview and selection process and choose who to hire, then we facilitate everything after that. Typically it is around 21 days from brief to a signed contract with an agreed start date.
What we do
We source against your brief, vet candidates, and put together a list of people worth your time. Your only real time cost through the process is the interviews themselves.
You always make the hiring decision. We do not place someone into your business that you have not chosen.
What happens after you choose
The consultant contracts with Kadraa, not with you, and we agree a start date. In most cases the person will need to work out a notice period with their current employer, which is usually a calendar month. We confirm that before you commit to anything, so the start date you are given is a real one.
From day one they are working in your team, on your priorities, under your direction, and we run the contract, the payroll, the foreign transactions and any HR matter behind the scenes.

Tell us what the role would pay in the UK and we’ll give you an indicative monthly fee on the call. Typical time from brief to signed contract is 21 days. And if the model doesn’t fit what you need, we’ll say so on the call.
